  • 1 ½ cups MAYA “Fluffy n’ Tasty" Hotcake Mix
  • 1 piece egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ¾ cup water


  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Set aside for about 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Pour into 1-inch diameter muffin pans until ¾ full.
  4. Steam for 10-15 minutes or until done.
