- 1 ½ cups MAYA “Fluffy n’ Tasty" Hotcake Mix
- 1 piece egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ¾ cup water
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together until smooth.
Set aside for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Pour into 1-inch diameter muffin pans until ¾ full.
Steam for 10-15 minutes or until done.
