XO46 Heritage Bistro is featured this May 30, Saturday, in the Maya Kitchen’s Culinary Elite Series.
Tucked away in Salcedo Village and Century City in Makati are two elegant oasis for those who wish to enjoy the varied flavors of the Philippine islands in its purest form — fiery coconut concoctions from the Bicolandias; earthy, robust flavors from the Ilocos region and deliciously Hispanic dishes from Central Luzon.
And as a homage to our Spanish heritage, XO46 also offers a selection of tapas and an array of fine wines from Rioja, Baxias, Villadolid and Catalunya, Spain.
On May 30, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Saturday, Owner / Chef Sandee Masigan, together with Executive Chef Tanya Dizon, will be offering these time-honored dishes, slowly and lovingly prepared using traditional methods and ingredients:
- Halang-halang
- Pateros Express
- Adobo Rice
- Sisig Fajitas
- Humba
- Peanut Butter Turon with Salted Caramel and Ice Cream
For a fee of P1500, you can savor these unique tasting dishes, steeped in old world tradition and charm, and built with the Filipino and foreign gastronome in mind. Lunch / food tasting follows the XO46 demonstration.
