Hotcake Chicken Burritos

INGREDIENTS

1 pack MAYA Original Hotcake Mix 200g

 

Chicken Marinade:
250 grams chicken breast
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 lemon fruit juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper

 

Garnish:
2 pieces tomatoes, sliced into rings
1 piece cucumber peeled, sliced into round

 

PROCEDURE

Prepare 1 pack MAYA Original Hotcake Mix according to package direction except make 7–8 thin crepes out of batter mixture. Marinate the chicken into marinade ingredients. Grilled the marinated chicken. Then flaked. Put about 2 tbsp. flaked chicken barbecue on each crepe. Roll, as in burritos. Put garnish.
