This comprehensive course includes a lecture on basic baking tools and equipment, baking ingredients and their functions, as well as food costing and baker’s math. Learn the techniques and secrets to making delicious cookies, cakes, pies, pastries and breads. All recipes may be applicable to small and commercial scale production.
