Munch and Shed Off
Ingredients
- 4 pieces carrots
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- vegetable oil for frying
- salt & pepper
- Greek yogurt, as dip
Instructions
Procedure:

Peel the carrots and cut them into strips or into desired shape.

In a heavy saucepan, boil carrots until fork tender. Drain. Remove water from the sauce pan.

Heat up sauce pan and add oil.

Fry carrots until crisp on the outside. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together all spices.

Add fried carrot strips and shake until coated.

Serve with Greek yogurt with salt and pepper.
