Make a roux using MAYA All-Purpose Flour and fat. Mix 2 tbsp of roux. 2 cups of beef stock. 2 tbsp of soy sauce. 1 tsp of liquid seasoning, salt and pepper into a sauce pan. Cook until the mixture thickens.
Add 1 cup of MAYA All-Purpose Flour. ¼ cup of MAYA Cornstarch and season with your choice of herbs and spices.
