INGREDIENTS
Crust:
1 cup Maya All–Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
2–3 tablespoons water
Filling:
1/2 cup diced ham
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1 1/3 cups milk
2 pieces eggs, beaten
PROCEDURE
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease five 3–inch round tins. Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Cut–in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add enough water to form a ball of dough. Roll out dough into approximately 1/8–inch thickness then cut–out into five 3–inch circles. Fit cut out dough into prepared molders.
In another bowl, combine all the ingredients for the filling. Divide mixture onto molders. Bake for 20 minutes or until set and golden brown.
