2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2/3 cup fresh milk
125 grams MAYA Original Hotcake mix
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons hot water
1 bar cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup confectioners´ sugar
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
Slightly oil pan and heat for three minutes or until medium hot. Combine pancake mixture in a bowl. Stir batter onto preheated pan. Cook until bubbly (about 3 minutes). Turn and cook the other side for about 2 minutes.
Dissolve the coffee granules in the water.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, blend together the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until well combined. Add to coffee mixture. Mix well. Set aside to shaping. Cool.
Place 1 pancake on a plate, then add a dollop of the cheese mixture, repeat the layers two more times, ending a dollop of the cheese mixture topping each stack. Sprinkle with cocoa and serve immediately. Do the same with the remaining pancakes and mixture. (Use 3 layers of pancake for serving of Tiramisu).
