Strawberry Loaf Cake with Cream Cheese Icing

Here’s another easy cake recipe guaranteed to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth! This strawberry loaf cake is soft, moist, with a light fruity touch, made even better with a slathering of cream cheese icing to balance out the sweetness. It’s perfect for a special day like Valentine’s or a weekend merienda with the family.

Strawberry Loaf Cake with Cream Cheese Icing



  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 2 pieces whole eggs
  • ½ cup strawberry flavored milk
  • 1 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Butter Cake Mix 200g


  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • Fresh strawberries for topping


  1. Preheat oven to 350F/177C. Grease and line an 8x3-inch loaf pan. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl mix together butter, eggs, milk, and cake mix until well combined.
  3. Pour cake batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until baked
  4. Set aside cake to cool completely.
  5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until soft. Add in strawberry jam and whipping cream. Continue beating until smooth.
  6. Spread icing on top of cooled cake. Garnish with fresh strawberries. Slice then serve.
