Strawberry Cream Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 pack MAYA Decadence Yellow Cake Mix 520 grams
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
2 cups strawberries, set aside one cup for decorating
2 cups of whipping cream

PROCEDURE

Preheat oven to 350F/ 177C. Grease and line bottom and sides of a 6-inch round pan. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, eggs, oil and one cup strawberries scraping bowl occasionally until smooth. Pour batter into the pan. Bake 30-40 minutes or until edges are golden brown and the toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let it cool.

Cut the cake at the middle. Spread a relative amount of whipped cream on top of the bottom layer. Place the other half of the cake on top and spread another layer of whipped cream on top. Garnish with remaining strawberries sliced in half.
