Shrimp Torta
Ingredients
- 200 grams shrimps (peeled and deveined)
- ¼ cup spring onions finely chopped
- 1 piece onion finely chopped
- 2 pieces eggs beaten
- 1/3 cup MAYA All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions

Finely chop the shrimps and place in a bowl.

Add in the rest of the ingredients except for the cooking oil, mix until well blended and when mixture become like a thick batter.

Scoop and pour mixture into very hot oil and fry both side until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite dip.
