In a pan, sauté apples in butter. Once the butter is browned, add the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside to cool.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of the apple mixture on the lumpia wrapper. Roll from one side to the other then seal both ends.
Preheat oil in a wok or pan. Fry each wrapped apple turon until golden brown.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
