Apple Turon

  • 3 pieces apples cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinammon powder
  • 5 pieces small lumpia wrapper
  • cooking oil for frying


  1. In a pan, sauté apples in butter. Once the butter is browned, add the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside to cool.
  2. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the apple mixture on the lumpia wrapper. Roll from one side to the other then seal both ends.
  3. Preheat oil in a wok or pan. Fry each wrapped apple turon until golden brown.
  4. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
