INGREDIENTS
1 pack MAYA Decadence Yellow Cake Mix 520 grams
1 cup + 1 tablespoon water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 pieces eggs
Frosting:
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 cup evaporated milk or whole milk or carabao milk
1 cup whipping cream
PROCEDURE
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour or spray bottom and sides of 10–inch round bundt pan.
In large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally until smooth. Pour into pan.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until edges are golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes. Poke top of cake all over with fork. Set aside.
In large bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, whole milk and whipping cream. Carefully pour frosting mixture evenly over top of cake. Set aside to allow frosting mixture to be absorbed by the cake. Refrigerate.
