Pineapple Oatmeal Cupcake
- 1 pack Maya “Quick n’ Easy” Complete Hotcake 200 grams
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 pack Australia Harvest Quick Cooking Oats 35 grams
Preheat oven to 350⁰F/177⁰C. Line 6-holes muffin pan with cupcake liner. Set aside.

Using a large-sized ice cream scooper, scoop pineapple-hotcake batter onto prepared muffin
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until inserted toothpick in the middle of the cupcake, comes out
clean. Let it cool for 3 to 5 minutes.
Topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Serve.
