Pineapple Oatmeal Cupcake

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Maya “Quick n’ Easy” Complete Hotcake 200 grams
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 pack Australia Harvest Quick Cooking Oats 35 grams

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F/177⁰C. Line 6-holes muffin pan with cupcake liner. Set aside.
  2. Mix hotcake mix, all-purpose cream, milk, crushed pineapple and oatmeal. Mix until slightly
  3. lumpy.
  4. Using a large-sized ice cream scooper, scoop pineapple-hotcake batter onto prepared muffin
  5. pan.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until inserted toothpick in the middle of the cupcake, comes out
  7. clean. Let it cool for 3 to 5 minutes.
  8. Topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Serve.
