Okonomiyaki
Ingredients
Batter:
- 200 grams MAYA All-Purpose Flour
- 250 ml water
- 1 packet Japanese dashi powder
- 2 pieces eggs
Meat:
- crab sticks and bacon
- half cabbage shredded
Topping:
- Japanese sauce otafuku
- dried fish flakes katsuboshi
- Japanese mayonnaise
- dried seaweed flakes
Instructions

In a bowl, mix all batter ingredients. Fold in shredded cabbage and desired meat.

Oil your frying pan, then pour about ½ cup of the mixed batter, then top with bacon. Cook for 3-5 minutes.

Flip and cook another few minutes as you would a pancake.

Place the okonomiyaki on a plate, top with sauce and mayonnaise, then sprinkle with fish and seaweed flakes
