Myeolchi Bokkeum

Korean Appetizer


  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
  • 1/4 kilo dried dilis
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


  1. In a pan, heat oil.
  2. Stir–fry dilis until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Add sesame seeds and spring onions.
  5. Serve hot.
