Mini Rhum Cake


1 pack MAYA Decadence Yellow Cake Mix 520g
1 cup + 1 tablespoon water
3 whole eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Rhum Glaze:
1/2 cup water
2 cups sugar
1 cup melted butter
1 cup rhum


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 8–inch diameter bundt pan. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, eggs and oil. Beat with an electric mixer at low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape sides and continue beating for 2 minutes at medium speed or beat by hand using a wire whisk for 3 minutes.

Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted at the center of the cake comes out clean. Brush with rhum glazed, wrap and refrigerate until ready to be served.

Rhum Glaze Direction: Prepared just by simmering first 3 ingredients together until sugar is dissolved. Let it cool then add rhum.
