Medallion Hotcakes


  • 1 piece egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 pack MAYA “Fluffy n’ Tasty” Original Hotcake Mix 200g


  1. In a bowl, mix eggs, oil, and milk well.

  2. Add Maya Hotcake Mix and mix well.

  3. Pour 1 tablespoonful of hotcake batter onto a preheated, lightly greased pan.

  4. Cook until bubbly, then flip to cook the other side.

  5. Serve 5 to 6 hotcake medallions in a plastic cup with skewers and drizzle with chocolate or strawberry syrup.
