Medallion Hotcakes
Ingredients
- 1 piece egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 pack MAYA “Fluffy n’ Tasty” Original Hotcake Mix 200g
Instructions

In a bowl, mix eggs, oil, and milk well.

Add Maya Hotcake Mix and mix well.

Pour 1 tablespoonful of hotcake batter onto a preheated, lightly greased pan.

Cook until bubbly, then flip to cook the other side.

Serve 5 to 6 hotcake medallions in a plastic cup with skewers and drizzle with chocolate or strawberry syrup.
