- 180 grams tomato puree
- 80 grams mozzarella cheese, grated
- 80 grams bell pepper
- 100 grams longganiza
Prepare pizza dough.
Spread tomato puree.
Arrange mozzarella cheese, longganiza, bell pepper, shimejie mushroom on top. Season to taste.
Bake for about 15 – 20 minutes at 350⁰F or 177⁰C
Slice equally but serve upon release from the oven.
