Lemon Butter Mug Cake


  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • ½ cup water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 pack MAYA OTM Butter Cake Mix 200g


  1. In a bowl, mix all cake ingredients until just combined. Divide the cake mixture into four 7 oz. cups or 2 12 oz. mugs.
  2. Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).
  3. Let cool one minute before eating. Top with whipped cream and candied lemon peel or more lemon zest - optional.
  4. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

Yield: (4) 7 oz. cups or (2) 12 oz. mugs
