INGREDIENTS
2 cups Maya All–Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 whole egg, beaten
4–5 tablespoons water
PROCEDURE
- Sift the flour and salt together in a bowl.
- Add the beaten egg and enough water to moisten.
- Form into dough and knead until smooth.
- Allow to rest for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Roll out to approximately 1/8–inch thick.
- Cut the dough into strips.
- Cook in boiling water to desired doneness. Drain.
