Green Tea Cupcake

INGREDIENTS

Dry Ingredients:
1 cup MAYA All-Purpose Flour
1 cup MAYA Cake Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 teaspoons green tea powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup white sugar

Wet Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup plain yogurt

Frosting:
1 2/3 cup confectioner’s sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

PROCEDURE

Preheat oven to 350°F/177°C.  Grease and line with paper cups three 6 ounces muffin tins. Set aside.

Create liquid base:
Combine oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla into a creamy mixture. 

Create batter:
Dry ingredients must first be sifted together. Once sifted, put dry ingredients and liquid base together into a bowl. Mix well. 

Bake for 20 minutes or until cupcakes are done.

Frosting:
Sift dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Pipe green tea frosting on top of cupcakes as desired.
