Gourmet Burger with Real Vegetable Chips


For the Filing
250 grams  ground beef, sirloin
1 stalk  celery, chopped
½ piece  onions, chopped
1 piece  egg
cheddar cheese, grated

1 piece  big tomato, sliced
1 piece  big white onion, sliced and caramelized in Marsala wine
1 piece small pickle
1 piece  cheddar cheese, sliced
1 piece  zucchini, sliced and grilled

Japanese mayonnaise and mustard
burger buns


Marinate overnight ground beef with chopped celery, onions, whole egg and grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Heat oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Cook burger until well done.

Assemble vegetables and burger. Make it stable by sticking toothpick at the center.
