Ginataang Sigarillas with Tinapa

Ingredients

  • 250 ml oil
  • 9 grams garlic
  • 15 grams white onion
  • 90 grams smoked tinapa
  • 450 grams sigarillas
  • 3 teaspoons bagoong
  • 9 grams chicken broth cubes
  • 250 ml water
  • 300 ml fresh gata

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic, onions and smoked tinapa.
  2. Add sigarillas, bagoong, chicken broth and water.
  3. Wait until the sigarillas are cooked before adding the fresh gata; simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Put on a serving plate and serve.
