  • 1 pack MAYA Original “Fluffy n’ Tasty” Hotcake Mix 200g
  • 1 piece egg
  • 5-6 tablespoons water


  • sweetened ube preserve
  • fresh ripe mango coarsely chopped
  • banana (lacatan) sliced


  1. Preheat pancake puffs griddle on top of table top stove or burner, slightly grease.
  2. In a bowl, combine hotcake mix, beaten egg and water. Mix until well blended.
  3. Fill up bottom holes of pancake puff griddle with a tablespoon each of the hotcake batter.
  4. Spread desired filling on each.
  5. Cover with enough pancake batter.
  6. Slightly cook under side of puffs.
  7. Using chopsticks or tong turnover to cook other side.
  8. Continue cooking until done.
  9. Serve warm.
