Fried Mac N’ Cheese Mini Cakes


  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 piece onion finely chopped
  • ½ piece green bell pepper finely chopped
  • 120 grams cheddar cheese spread 120 grams
  • 100 grams sharp cheddar cheese
  • 500 grams cooked macaroni
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 piece egg beaten
  • 3 tablespoons MAYA All-Purpose Flour
  • ¾ cup Japanese bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley


  1. In A Medium-Sized Pot, Melt Oil And Butter. Then Sauté Onion And Bell Pepper, Till Aromatics.
  2. Add Cheddar Cheese And Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Continue Stirring Till Cheeses Are Melted.
  3. Then Add The Cooked Macaroni, Mix Well. Then Turn Off The Heat. Let It Cool Down.
  4. Once Cooled, Add Beaten Egg And All-Purpose Flour Mix Well. Season To Taste.
  5. Heat Oil In A Medium Sized Frying Pan, Over Medium Heat.
  6. Scoop 1/3 To 1/2 Cup Macaroni And Cheese Mixture And Form Into A Thick Patty Then Cover With Parsley-Crumbs (Mixture Of Japanese Bread Crumbs And Parsley), Let It Cook For 1 To 2 Minutes Each Side Or Until The Color Changes To Golden Brown. Serve.
