Dulce de Leche Cake
Servings 1 8" round cake
- 2 8” x 1” layers Vanilla Chiffon Cake
- 1 recipe Butter Filling
- 1 recipe Caramel Icing
Mise en Place:
Bake the Vanilla Chiffon Cake.
Make the Butter Filling.
Assemble and fill the cake and chill while making the caramel icing.
Make the icing.
Pour on top of assembled cake making sure side is smoothly covered. Cool.
Decorate with left over butter filling as desired.
