Dark Chocolate Pistachio Sea Salt Cookies


½ cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup  firmly packed brown sugar
1 piece  egg
1 teaspoon  vanilla
1 cup
+ 2 tablespoons MAYA All-Purpose Flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon  salt
1 cup dark chocolate chunks
1 cup chopped pistachio


Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease 2 baking sheets. Set aside.

Cream butter until soft and fluffy. Add sugars and continue beating until smooth. Blend in egg and vanilla.

Sift dry ingredients together and add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

Drop by tablespoons on baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes just until edges are brown.
