Coconut Chocolate Truffles
- 250 grams dark chocolate chopped
- 100 grams coconut cream
- 30 grams coconut oil
- cocoa powder as needed
- coconut flakes as needed
In a bowl, place chopped dark chocolate, coconut cream and coconut oil. Cook this over a double boiler. Mix constantly and remove from heat when chocolate melts.
Transfer into another container and let it cool. Once cooled place in the refrigerator to set.
Once the chocolate is set scoop them out and form into balls, roll truffle in cocoa powder and coconut flakes until fully coated.
Yield: 12-15 pieces
