Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake



  • ¼ cup MAYA All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter


  1. In a large sized (10 oz.) mug, mix all cake ingredients until just combined. In another small bowl mix together brown sugar, cinnamon powder and melted butter, make a swirl while pouring the cinnamon mixture over the cake batter.
  2. Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).
  3. Let cool one minute before eating. Top with whipped cream - optional.
  4. Serve immediately.
