Caramel Peanut Chocolate Hotcakes


  • 1 pack MAYA Chocolatey Chocolate Hotcake Mix 200g
  • 1 piece egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ¾ cup water
  • Caramel peanut chocolate bars
  • Chopped roasted peanuts
  • Caramel sauce


  1. In a bowl, combine hotcake mix, egg, oil, water. Set aside.
  2. Heat up a non-stick crepe pan, brush with a small amount of oil. Drop tablespoonfuls of hotcake batter to make small hotcakes. Cook until chocolate hotcakes are set.
  3. Serve hotcakes warm topped with chocolate pieces, peanuts and caramel sauce.
