150 grams malagkit flour
1 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Bibingka Mix 150g
1/2 cup water
prepared haleyang ube
Combine malagkit flour, bibingka mix and water. Mix until well blended. Form into 40g ball flattened and put about 20g haleyang ube. Seal edges; roll in sesame seeds and deep fry until golden brown.
