Brownie Fruit Parfait

INGREDIENTS

1 pack Sharon’s Fudge Brownie Mix 230g

Cream:
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon coffee liquor
fresh fruit slices

PROCEDURE

  1. Prepare Fudge Brownie as per package direction. Cool. Cut into bite sizes and set aside.
  2. To prepare cream: Soften cream cheese and set aside. Whip chilled cream until it doubles in volume. Add confectioners’ sugar and liquor until well mixed. Set aside.
  3. To assemble: Get parfait glasses or any serving glasses desired. Layer some brownie pieces, some cream and fruit slices on top.
