Brownie Buttercake

Ingredients

Brownies:

  • 1 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Chocolate Fudge 230g
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1 tablespoon water

Butter Cake:

  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Chocolate Fudge 200g

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F/177⁰C. Grease and line a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Set aside.
  2. For Brownies: In a clean bowl, mix MAYA Oven Toaster Chocolate Fudge, butter, egg, and water. Mix well.
  3. Spread mixture in the loaf pan and bake for 15 minutes. Note that brownies should only be half-cooked.
  4. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  5. For Butter Cake: In a clean bowl, mix butter, eggs, and milk. Mix well.
  6. Slowly add the Maya Oven Toaster Butter Cake mix to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  7. Pour the batter cake mixture on top of the half-cooked brownie and put it back in the oven and bake for another 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  8. Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool on a cooling rack. Slice and serve.

    Hi, would like to ask if is there any adjustment I should make if I use cupcake pans or round / square pans instead of the loaf pan?
    And what heat level/ thermostat and timer if I bake it in a bigger oven?
