Banana Pistachio Crunch Loaf


1 pack Sharon’s Banana Mix 200g
1?4 cup water
3 tablespoons oil
1 piece egg
1?3 cup mashed bananas
1?2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
1 tablespoon brown sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 oF. Grease and line the bottom of an 8 x 3 inch loaf pan. Set aside.

  2. In a bowl, combine cake mix, oil, water, mashed bananas, egg and add half of nuts. Beat with a wooden spoon until smooth and well-blended. Pour mixture into the pan.

  3. Combine sugar and the remaining nuts and sprinkle on top.

  4. And bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean.

  5. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing the cake.
