Sweetened Apple Oatmeal Hotcake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 piece apple cut into pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pack Australia Harvest Quick Cooking Oats 35 grams
  • 1 pack Maya “Quick n’ Easy” Complete Hotcake 200 grams

Instructions

  1. Mix hotcake mix, oatmeal, and water. Mix until slightly lumpy. Set aside.
  2. In a medium-sized pot, melt butter and add apple. Add sugar and cinnamon powder. Cook until
  3. sugar is melted.
  4. On a preheated pan, scooped 1-2 tablespoons of sweetened apple. Then pour ¼ cup of the
  5. hotcake batter over the sweetened apple.
  6. Cook until bubbly then turn to cook the other side.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and Serve.
