INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons butter
226 grams mini marshmallows
3 cups Krispie Cereal
½ tsp salt
dark chocolate, for coating
PROCEDURE
Grease and line a 9×9 pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, place the mini marshmallow and butter. Heat in an oven until melted. You may want to take it out every 30 seconds to mix. Once the marshmallows are just melted remove from heat and stir in your cereal and salt until just coated in marshmallow mixture. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press in evenly. Allow to cool completely before cutting into rectangles. Using a bbq stick, gently put it inside the bars. Melt the chocolate and immediately dip the rice krispies. Let it set and serve.
