Red Velvet Marble Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pack MAYA Decadence Red Velvet Cake Mix 500g
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- cup ¾+ 1 tablespoon water
- 3 pieces eggs
- 1 pack MAYA Decadence Yellow Cake Mix 500g
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon water
- 3 pieces eggs
- cup ¼ cream cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1-2 cups confectioner’s sugar
- 1-2 cups confectioner’s sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F/177C. Prepare a bundt pan by lightly greasing it with shortening and dusting it with all-purpose flour. Remove excess flour.

In a bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat by hand until well combined. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine yellow cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat by hand until well combined. Set aside.

Scoop both the cake batters alternately in the prepared bundt pan to have a marble effect.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cake is set. Cool on a wire rack then loosen the cake from the pan. Place the cake into a serving dish or cake stand.

In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese, milk and confectioner’s sugar until smooth.

Drizzle the sauce on the cake. Serve.
