In a bowl, mix honey, yellow mustard, and garlic. Mix well and set aside.

Season chicken fillet with salt and pepper.

In a medium-sized non-stick pan, heat oil over medium heat.

Fry seasoned chicken fillet for 1-2 minutes each side or until chicken is cooked and tender. Remove the fried chicken from the pan and set aside.

Using the same pan, pour in the chicken stock and let it simmer.

Once simmering, add the honey-mustard mixture and add the brown sugar. Let it simmer again, with continuous stirring.

Toss the fried chicken fillet on the honey-mustard sauce.

Serve over cooked rice, top with chopped parsley.
