Pulpog with Rice
Ingredients
- 250 grams pork belly,
- 10 grams salt
- 10 grams pepper
- 100 grams red onion sliced
- 70 grams vinegar
- Rice
- egg
Instructions
Procedure:

Heat up the grill.

Season pork with salt and pepper before grilling.
