INGREDIENTS
75 grams malagkit flour
1 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Bibingka Mix 150g
1/3 cup water
toasted sesame seeds
grated coconut
PROCEDURE
Combine malagkit flour and bibingka mix and then add water. Mix until well blended. Form 40g flattened balls and drop in boiling water. Boil until they float into the water. Do the same to the remaining mixture. Remove and top with grated coconut and sesame seeds.
