Oatmeal Broffle

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 pieces egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 pack MAYA Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix 500g
  • 1 pack Australia Harvest Rolled Oats 100g

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, cream butter, then add eggs and water. Mix well.
  2. Add brownie mix and rolled oats. Mix until well blended.
  3. Heat waffle maker to medium heat and brush with oil.
  4. Scoop ½ cup of the brownie mixture and pour into the waffle maker. Let it cook for 2 to 3
  5. minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
