INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack MAYA “ThinkHeart” Whole Wheat Pancake Mix 200g
- 4 tablespoons water
Royal Icing:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- Food color
PROCEDURE
Preheat oven to 375F/ 191C. Slightly grease cookie sheet. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix and water. Blend well until it forms cookie dough. Flatten the dough and cut into desired shapes using large cookie cutter. Transfer cookie into prepared cookie sheet and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown
Prepare Icing:
Beat all ingredients together at low speed for 7 to 10 minutes until smooth and spreading consistency. Decorate cookies using icing as per design.
