Fruta Fiesta Loaf Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Banana Cake Mix 230 grams
1 piece egg
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
¼ cup water
1 small can fruit cocktail, well drained (439 grams)

Topping:

1/3 cup cashew nuts, roasted
3 pieces cherries with stem

PROCEDURE

Preheat oven 350ºF. Line the sides and bottom of an 8x3x3 – inch loaf pan with wax paper.
Combine the cake mix, egg, oil, water and fruit cocktail. Mix with a wooden spoon until smooth.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes or until done. Cool. Garnish with cashew nuts and cherries.
