Flower Festival Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 piece egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pack MAYA Original Hotcake Mix 200g
- assorted food colors or food gels
- piping bags
- oil for brushing
Instructions
Procedure:

Preheat griddle pan on very low heat.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until free of big lumps

Pour batter into separate ramekins and color as desired.

Transfer colored batters into piping bags.

Pipe, draw and decorate!

Assemble pancakes as desired.
