Cookie Crispies

INGREDIENTS

1 pack MAYA Decadence Yellow Cake Mix 520 g
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 piece large egg
3 cups honey-flavored rice cereals

PROCEDURE

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Beat cake mix, oil, water and egg in large bowl with wooden spoon until well blended.
3. Add cereals, mix well.
4. Drop tablespoonful size (approximately 15g) of cookie dough, 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets.
5. Bake 11 minutes or just until cookies begin to brown.
6. Cool on wire racks.

about 3½ dozen cookies
