INGREDIENTS
1 pack MAYA Complete Hotcake Mix 200g
1/4 cup MAYA Cornstarch
5 tablespoons water
oil for frying
sugar
PROCEDURE
In a bowl, combine hotcake mix, cornstarch and water. Mix until blended. Transfer churros mixture to a piping bag with a star tip. Heat oil for frying. When hot, pipe out the churros mixture directly into the oil. Using a clean scissors, cut strips into desired length. Fry until golden brown. Roll in sugar. Serve hot.
